losing ten pounds in a month?

Okay so i am 3 months from being 14 years old, 4"8, and weigh 111..

I wanna lose 10 pounds by the end of summer, therefore I have 7 weeks to do so. I've been doing this since About thursday & have only lost 1 pound.

smaller porportion sizes, less junk food, no sweets, no soda only water, running for 40 mintues everyday, jumping on the trampoline everyday, riding my bike everyday.

if i continue to do this till the end of summer, do you think i can lose 10 pounds? i know if i lose 2 pounds every week i will be able to lose 14 pounds by the end of summer.. but can i lose 2 pounds every week by doing that?

btw don't tell me i dont need to lose weight.. its okay for me to.. i already talked to my dr.

    I recognise you're no longer that so much over weight however. Try this it was once invented by way of a dietitian for overweight persons who want an operation in 2 weeks time. There is sufficient for one week so freeze part freshly made to final the week. I cheated and did it for a complete month each different month went from a 40in waist to a 32in with out to so much attempt. Operation Soup Ingredients. three massive onions a million massive or 2 small inexperienced peppers a million bunch of celery ½ head of inexperienced cabbage a million leek two tin chopped tomatoes a million packet of French onion soup (any manufacturer) three vegetable inventory cubes (I use oxo) Cut all veggies into chew measurement portions in case your no longer going to liquidize. Place all in a massive pot upload sufficient water to hide. Simmer till veggies are cooked upload extra water if fundamental. NOTE To be eaten as a 2 meal alternative (greatest and the smallest).
