So, I'm a little more on the chubby side, and I'm starting to get serious about losing weight c: I mainly want to loose weight in the stomach and general lower half of my body. Any tips on how to do so? I'm doing the usual, no fast food, drinking only water, drinking LOTS of water, eating healthy, walking, etc...

Your body will retain water if you drink too much of it. Try to aim for one hour of cardio three times a week. A light sweat and a fast heart rate will help burn the fat, and crunches/sit ups are good for toning your abs. ^_^
okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly) eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
drinking water is a great start. but dont forget to have some calcium (aka MILK) in your diet.
also try eating more fruits, vegetables, meats, chicken and good fats like olive oil. they are super healthy. if your going to eat cereal nd breads make sure you eat them in moderation. not too much of them. maybe 1-3 servings per day at MOST.
also every time you lose, say, 5 pounds or so, treat yourself to an ice cream so your not competly deprived.
also if you dont usually exercise, dont add that in, because if you want to maintain weight you lost by exercising, you have to continue to exercise.
