How do you know if your body needs to rest or if you should keep going?
Sometimes I have depression and want to sleep all the time, but I know that's not what I need. But at other times I wonder if maybe my body really does need to rest. Like right now, I'm depressed but I'm also feeling physically worn down, and I just feel like I could sleep all day and I feel weak. How do you know when you need to rest or not?
