Pregnant and feeling extremely paranoid?

I've always been a paranoid type of person, but since I got pregnant, I've super paranoid. I'm always looking over my shoulder and I always feel like someone's watching me. Right now I'm home alone and I'm constantly looking at my bedroom door to make sure noone's coming in. And I've been really jumpy for the past few weeks. Is it normal to feel paranoid and scared alot during pregnancy?

Yes it is normal. Considering all the crazy people out there that'll do anything for a newborn. When you begin to show noticeably, don't go anywhere by yourself. Especially at night. I'm not joking either. Why do you think they literally put tethers on newborns in hospitals? There are a lot of crazy and desperate people in this world.

I had this! I think it's because you're looking out for two now. Your safety has to do double duty now.

It's normal. Talk to people you love for support.
