So if i have an arrest warrant in California and say I go to Louisiana to live, can I get arrested for my charges in California, and can I get extradited? Or will I be okay to get a job and all that?

It will depend upon whether California wants to pay the expense to extradite you. The chances of that happening are slim.
California has a history of not extraditing criminals because they would rather the criminal stay out of state. Several years back, California granted parole to several classes of prisoners if they would leave the state and not come back as a condition of release. Oregon wound up with a lot of these felons showing up in their state.
So go ahead and get a job, unless you did something to a politician, your chances of being extradited are almost non-existant.

If they find out you can be extradited...states have reciprocal agreements by which they are to respect other states laws and court rulings, which covers warrants issued by the police/courts.

Yes. Depending on your crime, if you have a warrant and cross state lines- it can become a federal charge.

Many states have direct access to others databases. Here in MI, the state is linked to the CA DMV, and can pull up most info, so yes.
