Oddly, I've always thought a whole lot of Joe Gibbs. I say "oddly" because I can't stand his current drivers or Toyota in NASCAR for that matter, but that hasn't stopped me from really respecting Mr. Gibbs thoroughly. I first took a liking for him back when Labonte and Stewart were with him. In my opinion, he is one of the NASCAR greats, as far as non-drivers go.

Any crew member, because they are what keeps these guys going. Without qualified hard working guys in the shop, these cars wouldn't be at there optimum performance....Show more
