Anyone have a favourite NASCAR person that isn't a driver or a media member?

I love Brian Pattie (crew chief) and Tab Boyd (spotter), you guys have any?

    Oddly, I've always thought a whole lot of Joe Gibbs. I say "oddly" because I can't stand his current drivers or Toyota in NASCAR for that matter, but that hasn't stopped me from really respecting Mr. Gibbs thoroughly. I first took a liking for him back when Labonte and Stewart were with him. In my opinion, he is one of the NASCAR greats, as far as non-drivers go.

    Jack Roush is another guy I have a ton of respect for.

    Any crew member, because they are what keeps these guys going. Without qualified hard working guys in the shop, these cars wouldn't be at there optimum performance.
