Entry level jobs will all have job applications, so it is not necessary. Even if you have a resume most employers need a completed job application. If you are given a application to submit with a resume, never put "see resume" anywhere on it. Complete the entire form.

Just make sure you have the complete names, addresses and phone numbers for several references. Make sure you ask the people first if they will provide a reference. You should also have with you the dates of any awards you've received, extrcurriclular activities or volunteer work you have done to put on the application.

You can create a resume to show your achievements at school if you've been involved in any activities or clubs. For the section detailing work experience you could list any projects or volunteer efforts you've been involved in. For example, if you participated in a candy sale at school you could list that and detail how you organized your records of the sales and the amount you sold. You may not have had a paying job but if you were ever involved in a group/class effort I think you could present that. It will show initiative and thought as preparation for employment.

I would take one as it would make you seem prepared

Start it off with your name at the top, your address and contact information, phone number, address, email ect

Write a small amount about yourself

Write what you're doing at the moment- are you in school? have you got any GCSE's or anything? Or are you studying them?

If you have some then write what you have and the grades. If not and you are studying, write what you are studying and what your predicted grades are. :)

Yes, take a CV at my company I wouldn't dream of taking my time to interview someone if they cant be bothered to write a CV.
