Is it bad to quit a new job? ?
I just got a new job. I started my second week today and I’m really hating it. This is a very intense work place. There’s no culture or camaraderie here. Some of the executives are very demanding and a bit rude. I’ve honestly never felt so bad in the beginning at any job. I had applied to 2 places and this place offered me a job first. So I told the other place the situation and unfortunately burned a bridge. This job was more pay but I just had a bad feeling in my gut before accepting this job. It’s already hard being the new person there and when I ask my colleague a question they seem so annoyed. It’s good pay but I’m so unhappy. Would it be awful to quit now? I’ve worked a week and today started my second week there.

You can always politely turn down a job offer if you're no longer interested in the job or the company.
If you can afford to then quit if you want to. If you can't afford not to have a job, get another one lined up before you quit.
Don't bother using the job on your resume or as a reference.
Don't feel guilty about doing what you think is right for you.

No unless you don't have enough money to live on for a month or two . Plus you can't use them for a reference anyways . My nephew worked at amazon for just 3 hours and walked out

Leaving a newly acquired job can have bad implications for your next job application. There is a very high chance that your next job interviewer will ask why you are leaving a job that you just recently started. It also might not look good on a resume, as recruiters may assume you will do the same to their company.

Maybe you could talk to someone about this issue? HR? Your supervisor? You have to explain to them that you feel uncomfortable there. AFter that talk, something might get improved. If not, feel free to quit and try to call that other place... maybe they're still looking for a person to hire.
Once I did that by meself: I called the place I say "no" to a few months back, and they were still looking for someone, and they took me )) it's been over two years already, and I'm very happy working here ))
Give it a try!

You stay employed and remain so until you find another job as it is always easier to get another job if you already have one

You haven't given it nearly enough time. Your colleagues may be annoyed if you ask the same question too many times, ask something that should be common knowledge, or haven't tried to find the solution yourself first. You have to earn the respect of your colleagues. It's not something they're just going to give you in your first week or even in your first month. Work is not a social club. Don't look for your co-workers to become your best buddies. Time your questions carefully. If you're interrupting them every 5 minutes, of course they're going to be annoyed. If they're facing a deadline and concentrating on their work, of course they're going to be annoyed. If it's not absolutely urgent, wait until there's a little break in the action.

Bail out while you still can or you'll end up exactly like them. There's a reason they're like that.

You seem pretty sure you hate the environment and people, so no, it's not bad to quit. Just be sure you have a new job lined up, and don't even include this current job on your resume. No one will find out or even ask about it.

Do what you want, but you quitting will stay on your record and make you look unreliable. It's always awkward when we start a new job, if you stick it out, you may come to like it. If you quit now, it's like you never gave it a chance.
