The one thing us American do best is burn people at the stake based on speculation.. The one thing margarito did have was stamina and a chin. I believe the confidence of having loaded gloves kept him w a mental advantage that allowed him to fight tit for tat the way he does. Anyhow besides getting caught in the act trying to use plaster of Paris, which fighters do you believe margarita successfully used plaster of Paris on?

Margarito certainly tried to cheat Mosley. I believe because the way he brutalized a previously unbeaten Miguel Cotto that he cheat Cotto. Add to the list undefeated Kermit Cintron, who was a knockout artist who Margarito knocked out twice...

That attempted cheating through handwrap really put Margarito's integrity in question. That is how cruel human is. One mistake will stick in his reputation much more if he loss against Cotto. He wasn't caught red handed but a pinkish/reddish color was seen in his handwrap when he fought Miguel followed by the discovery of that attempted cheating, These were bound together that makes people think that he was cheating for a long time. Lets see how he will perform against Miguel Cotto.
