I've been having cramps for the past week (no bleeding or anything, though). They feel like period cramps, but a little different. They have been getting progressively worse (especially today), and I'm getting kind of worried. My baby has been moving around and kicking like normal and everything, but I'm still worried. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

You should definitely go to get this checked out.
It could be round ligament pain or braxton hicks, but could also be a sign of premature labour....only a doctor can tell you for sure.

sounds such as you're having preterm hard artwork, possibly led to by ability of an infection interior the uterus or possibly a placental abruption (there could no longer be bleeding if it particularly is trapped below the placenta) - which might clarify being painful to touch. Please flow to the emergency room now!!!
