Bench pressed on Monday, Pecs still sore, should I bench today (Wed)?
I did my upper body workout on Monday. Today (wed) my pectorals are still a little sore. Should I lift tonight or am I being counterproductive for building mass?
The pain doesn't bother me. I was thinking that the deal with building mass is you basically tear down the muscle let it heal, then tear it down again to build it up. Just wondering if maybe I should wait another day.
