Out of these I'd say Collins. Then when Manning comes back drop him and get someone else. Maybe try a trade for someone? Find a position you have a lot of depth in and someone else is weak in, and go for it!
As of right now, Collins is poised for the most points. McCown is starting, but on a terrible team, and Gabbert is behind him. Painter is behind Collins. Dalton has looked terrible so far. Locker and Ponder aren't even starting.
So that leaves you Collins or Beck. Neither are going to be top 10, but they are the safest out of the group.

Andy Dalton has a pretty good draw against Cleveland. Start him as the safe play.
