In your idea of a perfect country, what exactly would be the role of Government?

I don't mean Democrat, Commie, Fascist, I mean what exactly would their job be.

Police, military, courts, infrastructure, minimal regulations on business (enough to prevent monopolies, price gouging, and unethical practices). Maybe a few other things, but not much else...see link below, that sums it up pretty well.
