Vegans, Vegans, Vegans!!?
So I have been vegetarian for 8 months and that is one of the best changes I have ever made, but I wanna go further. I just signed the PETA Vegan Pledge two days ago, so far its very easy, I have been eating Amy's vegan meals and alot of fruit and sauteed veggies. Im doing it mostly for the health benefits but the ethical treatment of animals is a big plus as well. To make a long story short Im passionate about this becoming a lifestyle, I feel good, I have healthier skin, and change is always good. So I need some tips, about good meals, or snacks, or what to get when Im eating out.
