I have NOKIA C3.. internet not connecting?

I have Nokia c3.. but when i try to connect.. it always shows '''Connecting to networks ''. everytime. the connections which are avilable dont come on da screen. How to connect to this, so I can surf internet free.

do u have internet activated and a data plan? Call ur service provider and they can organise this and send u internet configuration settings.
