why wont my nokia c3 connect to the internet! without the gps?

I have just got a nokia c3 my wireless on my phone is connected and it lets me use facebook from 'communities' the problem is when i click on web to go and brouse google or what not it comes up with 'WAP O2 YOUR OUT OF CREDIT TO USE DATA YOU NEED TO TOP UP' well im not using credit for my net im trying to use it via wireless, help please :)

Update:

IN SETTINGS IT HAS CONNECTIVITY, WLAN, BLUETOOTH,PACKET DATA,USB DATA CABLE.. ITSS SO CONFUSING X

    Either your service provider provides free acess to only certain sites like facebook, twitter, etc

    So contact your service provider

    go settings,connection,destination, change the priority of the acess points

    what a crap phone, i sold mine on the same day of getting it
