Guy gets out of car after being pulled over by a cop. He points his arms forward and flicks his wrists up revealing shotguns and shoots the cop. Also in the movie there is an execution scene where someone is shot while tied to a white wall. Saw this movie 25+ years ago.

Oh my God!!! I endure in concepts staring at this whilst i replaced into in user-friendly college!
