Dont be surprised....it isnt the playoffs! That is when he goes Houdini on the Caps.
1. Ovie, and Perry have great chances but I wouldnt be surprised to see 4 or 5 guys give it a run. Cracking down on the dirty hits should open up some ice and scoring could be on the rise.
2. No....the Cup hangover is tough to overcome
3. 2nd
4. I would be surprised if is isnt....unless his divorce dried up the cash....then he might play if for no other reason than the paycheck
5. No neck Barry Trotz is one of the best coaches in hockey....how else can one explain how he gets this talent short group into the playoffs consistently? He gets it done again this year....they get in the playoffs as a 7th or 8th seed. Good defense and spectacular goaltending have been a proven way to win.
BQ. Not if guys dont want to open their wallets....Shanny will hit them right in those pocketbooks and they know it. Funny thing about losing game checks.....it seems to help guys understand rules far better.
It was a team effort. Vokoun may have had a horrific regulation, but he came up strong in OT and the shootout, so I'll give him credit for giving our boys a chance.
1) Dunno. Hope Ovie can return to form. 2) Probably not. 3) Third? 4) Dunno. 5) I don't really follow them.
BQ: I hope not. I like a good hockey fight as much as the next gal, but more than two in a game is excessive.
1. I think Stamkos will 2. No 3. I'm thinking a second round exit 4. He only has one or two more in him. We'll see. 5. They'll make the playoffs. Other than that I can't say. BQ: there's gotta be one every year
