Am I eating enough to function?
I had some cheerios, a burger with only cheese and bacon no bun, and cucumbers without dressings or salts. oh, and some skinless, boneless chicken breast with home made habanero salsa (the salsa had 5 fresh habaneros, 2 fresh tomatoes, and 1 fresh onion with 5 slivers of fresh cucumber). Am i getting enough nutrients for my body and brain to function normally? because i felt awfully tired all day today, and my glutes twitched (that could be due to my zumba workout though, the tiredness to a sleep on the couch) i'm 16, is this enough nutrients?
