is it okay to use a 125 amp alternator when the stock is 110?
my car is supposed to have a 110 amp alternator but its broken so i ordered a 125 because i have 2 10 inch subs in the back and hid headlights. Is this gonna do damage?

No - alternators provide current as needed.
It is not uncommon to run 150-200+ amp alts in cars that had 100A or less stock alts.
In some cases high output aftermarket alts actually produce LESS than the stock alt at idle. It's only during higher rpm's they can produce a lot of current.

If it fits, it is a good idea. The closer you draw current near the alternator's limit, the faster the alternator will fail. Upgrading to a higher amp output alternator is important when adding bigger power amps and lights.
