Steve Jobs warned President Barack Obama that he would not be back in the White House for a second term unless he adopted more business-friendly policies, according to a new biography of the Apple Computer co-founder.

"You're headed for a one-term presidency," Jobs bluntly told Obama during a meeting in San Francisco in the fall of 2010.

The encounter is detailed in "Steve Jobs," by Walter Isaacson. The book will be released Oct. 24, but several news organizations obtained advance copies. Isaacson also talked about the biography in an interview with "60 Minutes" that will air Sunday on CBS.

The book describes Jobs as highly critical of the Obama administration's policy toward businesses, saying that companies were more like to build factories in China because of "regulations and unnecessary costs."

Nevertheless, Jobs offered to design ads for Obama's 2012 re-election campaign, the book says.

Jobs died Oct. 5 at age 56 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. In the biography, Isaacson also reveals that the computer genius regretted his decision to postpone cancer surgery for several months. Instead, he tried alternative therapies.

"I really didn’t want them to open up my body, so I tried to see if a few other things would work," Jobs said.

Our enemies shall talk themselves to death, and we will bury them with their own confusion. We shall prevail!

The runner, now close to the screen, will hurl the hammer towards it, right at the moment Bill Gates announces, "we shall prevail!" In a flurry of light and smoke, the screen will be destroyed, shocking the people watching the screen.

And I say unto you, then a rainbow Apple logo will appear, and I will return."

Whether it comes true or not, one thing is certain:  Jobs won't be around to see it happen.

I recall Bachmann leading a song entitled:  "One Term President."

Well, it looks like she's going to be a NO TERM PRESIDENT.

So, people  really need to be careful about wishing ill will on others.  Because it seems like it always comes back around to them.

No, it won't, and Steve Jobs would have hoped it would not. Obama will win re-election with at least 55% of the vote. The GOP will not have a unified campaign. Right-wingnuts will not vote for Mormon Romney, nor African-American Cain. Perry will not be seen as favorable by independents. Gingrich's many divorces and huge ego will be a turnoff to a vast swath of Americana. The other dwarfs, Paul, Santorum, Hunstman et al, won't be nominated at all. I predict Romney will be nominated, with Chris Christie or John Thune as his VPer. Obama 55, Romney 43, Others 2. Democrats retain the Senate and take back the House by 10 votes.

Republicans do that.  I call it 'wishful thinking'.  It's like when a fundamentalist Christian tells you you're going to Hell.  It's not up to him.  And Obama's re-election is not up to Steve Jobs.

In order to limit Obama to a single term, the Republicans have to DEFEAT him.  In 2010 it might have looked like they had a chance to do that.  But at this point it's not looking very likely.
