I need a printer to scan, print in black and white, color is nice but not necessary, and fax. I hate, HATE each and every HP printer I've ever owned. The ink runs out, or does it, and they are quirky, I could go on, HP basically blows in many many ways. I just want a printer that operates with windows and doesn't have 50 bells and whistles nobody needs.

maximum agencies do in common terms a black and white printer, yet they don't seem to be the main marketable, in case you recognize what i recommend. examine their web pages, seem for shuttle printers or merely black and white printers.
