Well I think the roll-on one because it doesn't wet your shirt

Roll on because i can control where it goes. unlike spray, the spray kind just kind of goes everywhere, and if i am wearing a black shirt that day, it does NOT cooperate well with the spray.

roll on. it's easy and mes-free to apply. spray on is alright, but I don't feel as protected.
