christmas present for my pregnant sister in law?

My sister in law is pregnant with her first baby and due in February. I have no clue what to get her. I want to get something for her and not something for the baby. Any ideas?

Something that makes her feel pretty like a day at the spa, massage, mani or pedi. Jewelry is always nice. Being pregnant can make the woman feel like she is not as sexy as before and something that is all about her and her beauty is wonderful.
