Cheapest food to eat and stay healthy?
I heard just eating brown rice wouldn't be sufficient for a healthy diet, but what if I took a multivitamin to supplement whatever missing nutrients my body needs?

There is no one 'cheapest food' that you can eat and stay healthy. Simply taking a supplemental vitamin tablet will not be sufficient to make up for the many nutrients missing in brown rice (or any other single food item). A balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and meat/fish is the best way to ensure good health.
