why is it that I can't use the youtube medum screen?

I know that youtube videos have 3 size screens that you can watch it on. Small, Larger and Full screen but I only getting small screen and full screen not larger or medium as I would call it. Can anyone tell me if this is a new feature or something of youtube or is it my PC giving trouble???

Thanks Chris but I use Google Chrome and how do I update that?? I also would liek to know why my Yahoo Messenger isn't working nor my Skype since I put in a new Anti-Virus software Norton Anti-Virus 2011??

It's hard to say this is definitely the solution, but ensure that you're using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, or Internet Explorer (whichever you use) and see if it works then :).
