1. i use them most days
2. yes i have difficulty with top shelves cos i'm small
3. sometimes i have to stand on a footstool
4. yes it does the job, i'm not going to get any taller
5. i have almost fallen while standing on units but never actually fallen 
6. well, i already have (my mum bought the footstool)
7. i don't mind but ours is green and it doesn't go with the kitchen lol
8. i dont think young children should have access to things that are high in cupboards really

I designed and had them installed, so are user friendly to me. Might not be to every one though !
