HOW CAN I STOP UNSOLICIT SPAM MAIL?

I over the past few weeks cleaned my email and unsubscribed to mail and i been getting less to none but there is one particular mail i get that offer no unsubscribe

i keep getting emails wit .RU like the above and yahoo email addresses that leads to a canadian pharmacy

Do not click on the e-mail and just set up a rule that it is spam with your e-mail program.

If you open it or click on the links it is possible that your e-mail account will be recorded by them as active and then your name will be sold on to others as active and you get more and more span

Ignore them and just hit delete
