I need help losing weight! Does anyone have a diet plan?

Hi, I have been a vegetarian (no meat, fish or chicken) for 22 years. Over the last 3 years I have been putting on weight non stop. I was wondering if anyone could help with a vegetarian healthy diet.

Thanks

Favorite Answer

BREAKFAST:

1 banana and/or mango smoothie:
3 bananas 1 mango and rice milk
or
3 bananas and rice mik (works better than soy milk)
or you can have:
porridge with water and honey (use flavoured porridge for a better texture)
or you could just have toast with your favourite spread

LUNCH:

Promite sandwich or
peanut butter and jam sandwich
with a banana and water

DINNER:

Baby potatoes with broccli, salad, a boiled egg and peanuts
or
minestrone soup
or
vegetable stir fry
or

Eat a lot of vegetables. Like eat romaine lettuce until your full. Fill up on vitamins and fiber. Then have some calories from whole grains fruit beans and nuts. Low calorie high fiber and nutrition vegetables are the key.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

to me the heart and soul of both vegetarian and vegan foods is vegetables,
fruits,whole grains,nuts,seeds,and water.

my take is to see a doctor and take with you a list of
everything you ate in the last two months.
