What is this guitar accessory called?

My guitar i just got for Christmas has an accessory at the head of the neck. I know what it does because my friend has the same thing on his and I'm trying to figure out what it's called. It needs alan wrenches to tighten down onto the neck to hold the strings in place so they don't get out of tuned. I know that you have to adjust it and loosen it up to tune the strings but what is it called?

That is called a capo it is a clamp fastened across all the strings of a fretted musical instrument to raise their tuning.

It sounds like you have a capo, but a capo does not require allen wrenches, so I'm not sure. Here are pictures of capos:
