Green Tea and Black Tea?

I know that both have benefits. Will mixing them together become one super tea or will the chemicals react badly? In other words, will mixing them give benefits of both or cancel eachother out?

Shouldn't make much difference - they think that green tea has a little more anti-oxidant than black tea but not a lot. Not sure what other benefits there are to tea. You get more caffeine out of black tea.

it'll give you the benefits of both, but it's not exactly a super tea. i do it sometimes though, it tastes pretty good :)

dont drink too much. switch off, if you can find a green tea with no caffeine that would be better for the afternoon.
