Problem with my Wireless internet connection?

My computer shows that I have a full 5 bars of wifi but when I browse the internet I keep getting "This Webpage is not available" and it seems to happen a lot. It happens across all of my browsers(but I mainly use Chrome). Why does this keep happening? Do I need a new router?

I've done the On/Off reset on the router, it doesn't help

Just reset your router normally by turning it off and then on again... That should solve it!
