I got a rash from an allergic reaction. Help!?

So, I've been on this antibiotic for 10 days now and this morning I woke up with a rash due to an allergic reaction. It looks like this: http://www.buzzle.com/img/articleImages/433917-5614-42.jpg
I have school on Friday and It's all over my face too. Will aloe vera be okay to put on? And is makeup bad too? The rash has left my skin dry and flaky so I'm wondering if moisturizer is ok. My doctor said it should clear up within a week or so, but I just want some relief.

It will take time to clear. Yes aloe is fine and so is your normal moisturiser. Drink lots to flush.

Don't wear makeup. Let your skin heal. Aloe shouldn't harm your face. So I would think it would be ok to use. Hope it gets better.
