Two weeks is not long , she is getting used to new surroundings and noises . With their keen sense of hearing maybe she is hearing something you are not , the littlest noise and in her nervous state reacts as you describe .
Im sure in time she will settle , my puppy was much the same at first

She could be paranoid, or she could hear things that you don't.

Dogs can hear way better then humans can and she could indeed be hearing something that you can't see or hear yourself. So before you think she's paranoid you have to understand how dogs view their world, mostly, by sight and smell, not seeing as us humans do.

Also, she could have lots of pent up energy and could be using it or directing it at annoying activities like hyper sensitivity or constant barking. Do you exercise her a lot? If not, do more exercise with her, so she will be to tired to waste her time barking at nothing or doing other annoying things to compensate for her lack of exercise.

The lastly, it could be nervousness, she could just be nervous or skittish due to not being socialized enough with different people, this could lead to her being anxious, and easily frightened and always on high alert. This could curved by training, lots of training and socialization.
