PHYSICS question 2 parts?

A 54.9 kg ice skater is moving at 3.96 m/s when she grabs the loose end of a rope, the opposite end of which is tied to a pole. She then moves in a circle of radius 0.798 m around the pole.
(a) Determine the force exerted by the rope on her arms.
N
(b) What is the ratio of this force to her weight?

a) the force on her arms is f = m v^2 / r = 54.9 x 3.96 x3.96 / 0.798 = 1078.85 N

b) force / weight = f / mg = v^2 / r g = 3.96 x3.96 / 0.798 x 9.8 = 15.6816 / 7.8204 = 2 (nearly)
