Does Metro PCS charge for phone activation?

For example, I buy a new phone online and activate over the phone replacing my old Metro PCS phone. Would they charge me for that?

Yeah they do charge but only 15 Bucks IF its a metro phone. If its not from metro its probably the same or like $5 more
