When I click on any story on Yahoo, the comments section is sort of grayed out, with a spinning icon at top like it is trying to load something. I can't make a new comment or rate existing ones. Anyone know how to fix the problem?

The problem you are describing has been happening for 4 weeks. The problem rotates around; not everyone is affected at the same time. Yahoo says they are working on the Comments and Calendar and Notepad; but they didn't say when they will be done.
One user said that switching to Firefox allowed him to post Comments. A few minutes later another user said that Firefox was not working with comments and he was switching to Chrome.
