I have a wireless home network with two laptops and a desktop computer. I have a printer hooked up to the desktop, but in order to print from the laptops, I have to carry them to the printer and physically hook them up. Is there any way to set up the printer so that I can print wirelessly from the laptops?

You need to set up file and print sharing between your computers and set the printer up as a shared printer on the desktop.

Then when the desktop is on (and the printer is as well) you'll be able to print from the laptops.

For a tutorial on how to do it you can go here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/help/sharing-files-and-printers-with-different-versions-of-windows

@Mara - If you had actually looked at the tutorial you would notice that the first step was a very simple and straight forward set of instructions on how to set up a homegroup for Windows 7.

Then the next step was how to do it for Vista and the next one after that was for Windows XP.
