You're not eating enough especially when you're exercising! You should have 1200 if you live a sedentary lifestyle, but you're exercising, so you should have 1500.
You need to have bigger meals. Each meal should be around 400 calories, and you should get the rest of your calories from snacks, such as fruit or yogurt..or what have you.
The reason is that your body will not properly function without enough nutrients. Even if you're eating healthy, you need to be eating enough healthy food.
Girl, you need to chill. almonds, two crackers and some cheese is NOT a lunch! That is a freaking snack. You should also try and stop worrying about how many calories you eat and more about the nutrients you're getting. Think about how you'll feel after you've eaten a certain food. But also think about what you want to eat too, you're allowed to treat your self, yeah? Girl, where you're at isn't healthy at all, I mean on a daily basis that is. If you eat like this once in a while, maybe even once a week, it shouldn't bee too bad.
I get how you might not be that hungry all the time, but I don't think what you're eating is going to be good for your body, it's probably not nutritious enough.
