I do not really have a question, just looking for advice. I have traveled tons over my lifetime, but I have to leave on a work trip and since the birth of my daughter, I have not flown. I cant sleep and I am petrified. I am not scared of the flying, I am scared of something happening and never seeing her again. I love her with my entire heart, and I know she will be fine at home with my husband. But I am so anxious.

You'll be fine. Just look at the chances of anything happening. You know why all these plane crashes and things get so freaky in the papers? Because they barely ever happen, so the news makes a big deal when they ever do. I flew yesterday, back from a not-so-safe place. But I'm fine... And you will be too. Also, get some therapy. It really changed my life, now Im not scared of anything anymore... (except spiders... But that's irrelevant...) Best of luck with your trip, and I hope you and your family stay happy and healthy!
