What does it mean when some one signs PWCM~JLA after their name or icon?

"PWCM" usually means "P(erson) W(ho) C(alls) M(e) and is followed by whatever the person has just been called.

("Hello Numbskull"
"Hello PWCMN")

so I would expect the JLA to refer to what someone had just been called.

However "JLA" also has a meaning. Either J(ust) L(oling) A(round) (Ie just fooling) or it can stand for the Justice League of America - a collection of comic book SuperHeroes.
