20 and moving to Tennessee?

I am 20 years old and have been asked to leave my parents house here in Maryland. I'm fine with that... in fact, I'm thinking about moving to Tennessee. I've been there a lot and it is where I have always wanted to live. However, I don't know how to go about picking a town (I'd like it to be smaller) or finding jobs that will pay my bills. I currently work as an overnight stocker at a big box store and as a cashier at a grocery store. I also have management experience. I guess basically what I need to know is... how to figure out where to move too and how to get a job that'll pay my bills when I get down there.

Check out Chattanooga. It's historic. They have a riverfront. There is an aquarium and a cute little "downtown" area. Not too big not too small I think and it's right along I-75 so you can get to other places easily.
