No. It has nothing to do with generation, and it's uncommon. Your friend doesn't need to be afraid to have children because chances are the child most likely won't inherit it.

I haven't heard anything that suggests children could have worse Asperger's than their parents. In fact, there's a chance the children won't inherit Asperger's syndrome.
