Good reference for moral dillema essay?

I have completed a rough draft for an essay concerning the moral dilemma we face with people who have neurological problems that prohibit them from moral reasoning. I have sited such people as Rushworth M Kidder, Thomas Hobbes, and John Locke. The problem I'm having is that two of my references came from the same chapter of the same book, so I'm short one citation.

Can you recommend a good short reference that I could incorporate into the final draft fairly easily? My thesis is pro utilitarian, and I believe those individuals should be removed from society and housed for treatment as it would be the "greatest good for the greatest number".

Any help would be appreciated, and I will be choosing a best answer fairly quickly.

Try one of the standard works of the utilitarian theory:
Jeremy Bentham's "An Introduction to the Principles of Morals and Legislation"
John Stuart Mill's "Utilitarianism"
Neither of these has that particular case, but its principles are easy enough to apply to the situation you bring up.
I personally think the utilitarian theory is insufficient, as it has no ontological base for morality, but I recognize the importance of the theory and even studied Mill's work as one of my two works for my master's degree in philosophy last year.
