Benfica is a good team,the best in Portugal at the moment,but Chelsea is a team that can surprise.Never underestimate an opponent,that is something that not even the biggest teams should do.To me the benfica vs chelsea quarter finals will be the most competitive as both are on the same level.

I know benfica are a really good team, probaly the best in portugal but chelsea are good aswell, we beat a really strong napoli side wich are second in the italien league and we have the likes of drogba,lampard, terry, sturridge and mata.
