Fairness, loyalty, someone who doesnt hold a grudge. Direct,blunt attitude. And someone who's not going to step on his toes. They like a lil space too. Passion and adventure. NO MIND GAMES...they will loose trust in u then look elsewhere for someone who deals with them appropriatly. And u may never know until he wants to move on.

In simple terms be STRAIGHT with him as leos usually are.
