best - the diversity of peoples, the variety of cultures, the hope of the many new people always moving in. the constant influx of larger amounts of money into the city.
worst - the rich give to beggars but what about a really lasting, positive change? there are poor people who are lost and don't understand much and can turn out unwell.

Best- Near the ocean, we experience all four seasons, nice and rural with lots of nature, greens are easy to come by, restaurants here are a lot better than some in other parts of the country, especially our pizza restaurants.
Worst- Boring as hell sometimes, weather is crappy a lot of times, there isn't much to do around here, everything except walmart is barely open past midnight.
