I'm worried there may be too many cards in the deck but I don't know what to cut or if I should cut anything.

You can start by completely removing the "Empires" cards, they really do not fit in this deck. Cabal Coffers is unnecessary, Mindcrank has no place in this deck. You are missing out on some really good vampires in Vampire Nighthawk, Bloodghast, and Bloodline Keeper. Blade of the Bloodchief can replace Trepanation Blade. I would remove all single cards in the deck, you need 4 of each card to make the deck work.

You should certainly cut a lot.  As a deck, yours is large and unwieldy, probably very top heavy.

I can't even say I'd use it as a basis for a vampire deck, there are probably some better options to go with.

definitely, i think of its a nasty thought to have a mono-colored Library. I actually have a swamp/mountain library and that i replaced into stopped ineffective in my tracks through a "All creatures you administration have secure practices from Black". I had to truly on my mountain playing cards which failed to make up the extra suitable component of my playing cards. I lost the sport each and each time that card confirmed up.
