you may want to switch Vampire Lacerator with Guul Draz Vampire. just considering that Vampire Lacerator's ability sucks for you the first few turns it is out loseing the one life a turn otherwise you have no creaturs you can bring out right away.

also your deck is still going to be a little slow so i suggest putting in something like Quag Vampires and take out eather the blood witches or Anowon plus your Bloodghast so that you can have a couple "good " early vamps into the game. and it would speed up your deck a little.

and whats wrong with Basilisk Collar? it would be a good replacement for the spike if you wanted to speed up your deck some more. otherwise the spike is a really good card

    otherwise your deck looks ok

I'd suggest you look up some competitive lists, and learn from them if you don't want to netdeck. You have a lot of guys which are either really weak or really slow, plus several cards which don't fit with your game plan; tribal decks generally need to be very streamlined or they will be ineffective.

A good place to start: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/forumdisplay.php?f=...

Magic Workstation ( http://www.magicworkstation.com/ ) is a good way to practice online, and while it has a bit of annoyware built in (5 second popup upon startup if you don't pay) it's really nice otherwise and can be used indefinitely for free. A lot of people are rather nasty on it (as with anywhere anonymous), but many others are very nice as well, so it's hit and miss in terms of personality.
